The board of directors of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group") announced the annual results for the year ended 31 December 2011, the audited loss was HK$16,520,587 (2010: the loss of HK$7,426,497). The net asset value per share of the Group was HK$0.289 (2010: HK$0. 303).
