2010 Interim Results

The Company and its subsidiaries (The "Group") announced the interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2010. The loss was HKD8,524.727 (six months ended 30 June 2009: the loss of HK$3,985,204). The net asset value per share of the Group was HKD0.251 (31 Dec 2009: HKD0.259). The Board does not recommend the payment of an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2010.
