Richmond Park awarded Asian Creative Design Award January 12, 2005
Richmond Park's excellent sales progress has been complemented by positive feedback from clients and the media regarding building and show-flat design, unit layout, and superior fit-outs standards. This reputation has been reassured when Richmond Park was awarded the Asian Creative Design Award for Habitation Planning at the International Designing competition on Asian City Housing and Environment held in Hong Kong in November 2004. Richmond Park was one of the two projects in such honor to receive the award, which was sponsored in collaboration with the Asian Habitat Society, Asian Real Estate Society, and the World Association of Chinese Architects.
ING Beijing invested in Richmond Park (Project name: Pacific Town) in 2002. By the end of December 2004, over 60% of Phase I (Building A1 & A3) has been sold. Construction works for Building A1 have reached 19th floor, while it has reached 5th floor for Building A3. The apartments are fitted to a luxury standard and prices have been revised several times to over Rmb 10,000 per square meters. Phase II is expected to launch after the first quarter of 2005.
